This DJ Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between SBS Events ("Company"), and You ("Client").

SBS Events agrees to provide DJ services which includes:

• Professional DJ Services: Music entertainment for the event duration.

• Sound Equipment: Speakers, microphones, mixing board, sound equipment as needed.

• Customized Playlists: The Client may provide preferred song selections at least [30] days before the event.

• Basic Emcee Services: Announcements, introductions, and coordinating music cues (if requested).

• The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $[200] to secure the date.

• Any monies paid into SBS Events Florida, prior to the event is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance of $[Custom Amount] is due no later than day of service.

• Payments must be made via [Cash, Check, Credit Card | Zelle | Venmo | Cash App ]. Late payments may result in additional fees or contract cancellation.

• The initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If SBS Events must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, and reasonable assistance will be offered in securing alternative arrangements.

• The Client must provide a finalized playlist or must-not-play list by [30] days before the event.

• The Client must ensure that the venue provides an adequate power supply and a designated DJ setup area.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring guests do not damage any DJ equipment.

• The Client must submit the event worksheet to the the DJ which includes a music selection and an itinerary of key moments (e.g., first dance, cake cutting) if music cues are required.

• If the event is 4+ Hours. The Client is responsible for providing meals to the DJ and their assistant or be subject to a possible upcharge.  These meals are to be what is served to guests.  Vendor Lunch Boxes, Food Boxes or Brown Bag Meals are not accepted.

• SBS Events is not liable for venue power failures, venue restrictions, or unforeseen technical issues beyond control.

• SBS Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items belonging to the Client or guests.

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SBS Events from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the actions of guests, vendors, or other third parties.

• Neither party shall be held liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or civil disturbances. In such cases, both parties agree to negotiate a rescheduled date or alternative solutions.

• The Client grants SBS Events the right to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings shall take place in the jurisdiction of Pasco County, Florida.

I confirm that I have reviewed the terms of this SBS Events Florida DJ Agreement / Contract in full and agree to be bound by its provisions. I understand that my typed name above constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under applicable law.
